Love this backpack for traveling! Backpacked for 10 days in Europe and this held everything I needed without having to expand it. The option to expand it allows it to hold a lot more too, so was great for traveling for holidays.

Loved this backpack for the first two weeks I used it, and then week 3 I remembered there was supposed to be a security pocket on the bag for wallets etc. and when I went to unzip it the zipper just came right off the end of the zipper. It was only then that I noticed that a seam on the back of the backpack had separated. So the zipper is broken and the pocket is useless, and there is big hole in the back of the backpack. I went to return it for a replacement but when I did the return window stated that if there was any damage to the original product, that I would be charged for the damage. So now I'm not sure how to proceed. I am really disappointed because I really liked this backpack.

I really like how this bag is designed. Unfortunately, a zipper broke the first times I used it. If you can’t count on the zippers holding, you will lose things in your back pack.

The luggage strap is poorly built compared to others. Everything is perfect but when the luggage strap broke bc it’s stitched on poorly and your return window with is gone I’m stuck feeling like I got gyped….
