At PulinGO, we deliver fast, fair, and clearly. Below is how shipping, timelines, and returns work — including special rules for remote U.S. territories (e.g., U.S. Virgin Islands).
Where We Ship
- United States (Contiguous 48): Full coverage.
- Remote U.S. Regions: Limited service to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI). Carrier limits and surcharges may apply.
- International: Not available at this time — but it’s on our roadmap! Stay tuned and follow us for updates.
Special Notice — Remote U.S. Territories (VI, PR, GU, MP, AS)
- Covered regions: U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. Croix, St. John), Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa.
- Delivery time: Usually 10–15 business days due to remote-area routing.
- Shipping fee: Oversize or heavy items may require an extra fee (shown at checkout or confirmed by our team before shipping).
- Returns (remote territories):
- Damaged/incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by us once photo/video evidence is provided within 7 days of delivery.
- All other reasons (change of mind, not needed, etc.): Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Carrier restrictions: If a carrier cannot accept a specific bulky item for these regions, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.
Processing & Delivery Times
24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri).
4–8 business days after dispatch.
2–4 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery estimates refer to transit time only and do not include the 24–48 hour processing period.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Fees are calculated at checkout by destination, service level, and package size/weight.
- Free shipping promos apply to eligible orders in the contiguous U.S., unless stated otherwise.
- Remote regions (AK/HI/PR/VI): Additional surcharges may apply; shown at checkout or confirmed before shipping.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately for faster delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking link is sent by email/SMS once your order ships.
- Tracking can take 24–48h to activate after label creation.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Entered a wrong address? Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.
- If a parcel shows “delivered” but is missing, contact support within 7 days for investigation.
- Refused/undeliverable packages may incur re-shipping fees.
Damaged or Missing Items & Returns
- Report visible damage within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/video.
- Contiguous U.S. (standard regions): For eligible returns (defective, wrong item, or standard returns), return shipping is covered by us, similar to leading U.S. retailers.
- Remote regions (AK/HI/PR/VI):
- Defective/incorrect with evidence: We cover return shipping.
- Other reasons: Customer covers return shipping.
- Refunds or replacements are processed per our Refund & Return Policy.
Return shipping may apply for some orders.
