I’m really impressed with this carry-on! It’s the perfect size for traveling and fits way more than I expected without feeling bulky. i absolutely ADORED this suitcase, it was the most perfect light pink shade which was spot on to the picture described! the quality is superb and handled an international 9 hour flight very well! the carry-on is chic and cute for any of your travels, i would definitely recommend buying as a pink lover, or if you need a sturdy carry-on!

This luggage is cute, and the pink color is even better in person! The zipper quality feels sturdy and smooth. While the size looks a bit on the larger side for a carry-on, I think it will still work perfectly for my needs as long as I don’t use the expandable. I’m really excited to put it to the test on my upcoming trip.

Man I have had this suitcase for over a year and I’ve taken it to Portugal Spain France Croatia London etc etc it looks brand new after all that ! It’s so nice saving my back with this. And the wheels are so great, they don’t get stuck on any rocks or anything

This suitcase works if you do not expand it. When you do expand it, the zipper opens on its own defeating the combination lock function. The suitcase has opened twice now, once on an international flight. A stronger zipper or better quality control or a replacement suitcase would be nice. Otherwise, the suitcase is lightweight, maneuverable, and nicely organized. Fix the zipper, please!

Do not buy. Zipper broke in about 1 year. It says 5 year warranty but that is not true. Called and they said call Bagsmart since it was past the 90 days. Called Bagsmart who said to call since I bought it through . Back and forth 2 more times and no luck. There is no 5 year warranty through Bagsmart if you buy through .
