⚠️ Special Shipping Notice for Remote U.S. Territories

Orders shipped to U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. Croix, St. John), Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands may take longer (10–15 business days) due to carrier limitations.

Additional shipping fees may apply depending on product size and weight.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect (photo/video proof required).

For remote U.S. territories listed above, customers must provide clear photo and/or video evidence of damage/defect within 2 hours of receiving the delivery.

Reports made after this time frame may not be eligible for free return shipping, as the item will be considered accepted in good condition.
