Great quality bag! Color is exactly as pictured. Several pockets for organizing. Just what i needed. I love the long leather strap.Month update: at first i loved how the bag was very structured. As I’ve used for about a month it has become flimsy and doesn’t hold the structural shape. Still a great bag just the one flaw.

I really wanted to love it. The bag does not keep its shape, everything leans to one side and it make it look really ugly. Honestly I would not buy again. I feel like I should have just spent the extra money to buy a better bag 😔

I loved this bag for the first year. I carried my MacBook Air and everything else I might need for the day. It was my go to bag for work and travel. Sadly, about a year in, it slowly began to list to the side. As the decline increased I compensated by moving my laptop to the sagging side in an attempt to get it to stay straight. It helped for a little while but eventually it gave up the fight and has just crumbled to one side completely. It's sad really because it is still a beautiful bag. The inside and outside have stayed unmarred, and as much as it has been used, still looks new except for collapse. I received so many compliments and I wish I could still use it. I know wasn't horribly expensive but I still thought it would have lasted at least a little while longer because I really did love it!

I love this tote. It’s large enough to hold all the work essentials. I purchased a cute scarf to dress it up.

The packaging is great! There were lots of extra padding and a dust cover to insure there are no creases or flaws. The bag is a gorgeous deep red and comes with a smaller wristlet bag that is perfect for your keys, phone and other essentials. It’s a beautiful bag and I am very happy with my purchase!

Way better quality than I expected! It’s really well made- it’s comfortable to wear over my shoulder, and has plenty of space and pockets for everything I need to carry every day!

The bag is beautiful and butter soft but is poorly made and the manufacturer will not stand by their product. 5.5 weeks ago I purchased this bag and last week it started leaning to one side empty or not. When I have my things in it I have to prop it against something to prevent it from falling over. If it’s empty it will stand but looks like the leaning tower of Pisa. My issues started one week after the return window closed. The manufacturer will not do anything and says they do not have the option to process a return or replacement. The manufacturers advice is to fill the bag with soft products like clothing/towels/bubble wrap to allow it to spring back to life. Their words not mine. $40 down the drain plus whatever a replacement will cost.

I got this bag for university to hold my laptop and iPad so I used the laptop compartment a lot and over time (around 2-3 months using it) it started bending in the other direction on its own from the weight of my Macbook. It’s also pretty bulky and a bit heavy and I should have compared it to other bags before seeing how big it would be. Otherwise, it’s really cute and I love the color and the little pouch it came with but it’s not great for my shoulders.

I love the look of the bag. But I have a 17" laptop and it absolutely does NOT fit in the padded part of the bag. I had a Lovenook bag the same size prior and it fit my laptop in the padded section but it's definitely more like a 15" in the new bag.I can put my laptop in a different section of the bag but that kind of defeats the purpose of having a laptop compartment. I do not see other complaints about this so I don't know if it's just a fluke in the one I got. I'm very disappointed.

This is a beautiful practical computer bag. Love the matching sm purse. What would have made this 5 stars is if it had a firmer bottom. There are small feet but bag bows out when filled which makes is lean. A firmer frame at the bottom would help it remain sturdy upright. I didn't think I'd use cross body strap but it's very handy & makes carrying it easy when necessary. I love the functionality and look overall.

I've had this for a year now. While the bag is nice to look at it is not sturday and does not hold its shape. The photos show downtrend bag looks empty. When there is a laptop and cups in it, it still leans to the side. This happened really fast and has been an annoyance for this past year. I want a. Ew one but don't know if this is the brand for me.

This is a great bag. It’s very roomy and has lots of departments which enable you to organize your items and it even comes with a small bag to put your cell phone, keys, lipstick snd glasses. This is a great find. This tote comes in a lot of beautiful colors too. I plan to get another color real soon. I love my new tote. I purchased it in the black with brown straps.

It’s a solid bag that has enough room to pack so much. It’s giving the designer bag feeling. It’s absolutely worth every penny spent
