I was looking for a travel laptop bag to and from work and this was a perfect fit. It has multiple pockets, side pockets and even a USB port. I tend to only use it to carry my laptop and lunch but it has worked well since I got it over 6 months ago. It was affordable and isnt super heavy material but surprising it has stood out very well with no holes, rips or straps breaking.

I’m very satisfied with this backpack. The material feels durable and high quality, and the design is sleek and professional. It has plenty of compartments to keep everything organized, including space for a laptop and accessories. The zippers are smooth, and the straps are comfortable even when the backpack is fully loaded. Great value for the price and perfect for daily use, work, or travel.

I gotta say, I needed a backpack for college. I ordered this guy and I am not disappointed. The charging port works great, there is so much space and room for anything. You can literally fit anything there. The quality is amazing and it’s very comfortable. Love it!

The backpack came in good condition but the lock is broken. Will you be able to replace it? I didn't expect the lock to be broken when I received the backpack. Rest of the backpack looks okay. I haven't tested for waterproof.

It’s durable and great charging feature for my laptop.

Bought this in Aug 2022. In Feb 2024 one side of the handle became loose. In closely examining it, I determined that the product needs to strengthen this portion of the bag. Please see picture attached.

After only 6 weeks unfortunately first seems start to open. Only 2 weeks after the time to send it back. That’s not great as for the same price I could have bought also other good quality bags but trust the quality through reviews of other customers**at least a goodwill from the supplier which is a great nice and accepting the non conformity which could happen during a production process**

I bout this bag in The middle of May and like it very much, but it is a little over 4 months old and the stitching for the zippers is beginning to tear away.I could understand if I over loaded the bag but it only carries my laptop and pens.Very disappointed in the quality as I like the bag very much. I hope I received a defective bag and this isn’t the standard quality.

I pur gases this bag at the beginning f school for my high schooler. It began to rip after a month of normal school use; carrying books and computer and basic things. Even the handle on top is shredding. He told me too late to return. I would not purchase this again.

This backpack seems pretty sturdy and high quality, especially considering the price! It has features that come in handy, such as the charger, laptop pocket, the zipper lock, and the fact that it is water resistant. I’ve never seen a backpack with a zipper lock like this one, and I feel better knowing I can lock my important/personal items in one of the pockets. I had a little difficulty setting my own lock code but I eventually figured it out. I think the instructions could be made a bit more clear when it comes to that though!One of my concerns is being able to wash the backpack with a charger in it. I will likely eventually have to figure out a way to wash it that doesn’t involve throwing it in the washing machine. At least it’s black so I won’t have to worry too much about visible stains! Another reason this doesn’t quite get 5 stars from me is that I have a long frayed piece of thread protruding from the front pocket. It’s not that big of a deal, but I didn’t except it to happen after only using the backpack for a few weeks. I’m happy with this product overall though!

After carefully reviewing different backpack options on , I chose this one for...- Its large main storage compartment with laptop pocket, tablet pocket, cords for headphones/phone charger & plenty of space to carry books/small groceries/other items while out on adventures.- Secondary compartment with two small pockets, useful for tucking in little items like my wallet or glasses case. This compartment is big enough to carry my over-ear headphones and leave enough room for me to put in a book or two.- Front compartment with plenty of little pockets. I use this compartment to carry a mask, a mini notebook, hair ties & a pen. I've also placed lollipops at the bottom of the compartment in case of car sickness.- Two side pockets for drinks. I can carry my reusable water bottle & another water bottle so I can stay hydrated.My only complaint is that the cord for charging the phone doesn't work. I'm rather disappointed about this, as I thought that the cord was one of the backpack's coolest features, but I can't even use it.

Nice size for traveling and storing in small enough spaces. Stitching is not that great since i just got it and its already coming apart. Plenty of space for all kinds of items.

Been using this backpack every day for about a year and a half and the only thing that has happened to it is one of the inside pockets ripped. I only used that pouch to store some snacks, like cereal bars and the bottom completely ripped out. Other than that it has held up very well. The pocket rip while a major pain considering I would use that pouch daily, wouldn't deter me from buying this again. Its got enough storage space, but isn't too big when wearing it. Maybe just buy the warranty with it.

The top of the shoulder strap tore at the seam. There is no way, that I can find, to contact the seller to inquire about the product warranty. I will update this review if contacted.Seller contacted me and sent a replacement. Changed from 1 to 3 stars. I will consider a 4th star after a few months of use

The bookbag has several compartments. It also has an easy charging port for you phone or headphones on the side for easy access. My son has used it two week for school and the straps are pulling apart.

I purchased this backpack last year for my older son. My younger son wanted one, so I recently purchased it again only to discover that only one shoulder strap has the night light reflective band. I thought it was that a defective product, so submitted a return ticket.The new backpack arrived today and realized that the new backpack has only one shoulder strap with a night reflective band too. The backpack last year had a band on each strap. The pictures from other purchasers show a night light reflective band on each shoulder strap. Does it only come with one band now (which looks weird and imbalanced) or did I get two defective backpacks?
