Arrived super quick! The zippers, strap adjusters are all metal which is so nice because those are typically always the first to break for me. Love the ability to have the shelf for when I have a lunch packed. Lots of storage space, pockets and such. The material is great for me because things always spill and with this bag it wipes off easily and doesn’t discolor like other bags. You can tell a mom designed this bag!

I like the backpack, but it is not as roomy as I had hoped. It also did not come with the extra matching bag as advertised.

I was a little skeptical getting this backpack at this price for my middle schooler, but it is definitely high quality and worth the price. The zippers are thick and sturdy. They feel like they will last a long time. The lunch box portion is large enough to hold enough food for the day, but still leaves enough room for the backpack portion to actually function as a backpack. Something spilled in the lunchbox area, and a wipe easily cleaned it up. The spill didn't leak to anywhere else in the backpack. The material it is made of is soft. My daughter loves this backpack, and that's saying something for a middle schooler!

If the "cooler" compartment encourages bringing your lunch to work - the backpack will pay for itself in lunch money and healthy eating habits (if you pack wisely).The side water bottle net has a drawstring to secure different sizes.The shoulder straps are properly padded; but the carry handle is not (not a major flaw, but this is a high-end backpack).Overall, it should suit my sister's commute nicely.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! Heavy duty material, very soft, multiple functions and has plenty of storage capacity. Material is super easy to clean straps heavy duty and thick. I feel that even loaded with weight the straps are comfortable. I loved the extra small bag that comes with it that can be strapped to the backpack, or you can carry it by itself. The lunch bag that is inside the front pouch is very roomy. I would highly recommend this backpack for High school students, College or even someone that carry's a computer for work. Very travel friendly and would be good as a carry on as well. I am very pleased about this purchase.

It has good padding for the laptop, lots of pockets, great organization features, and is comfortable to wear. One feature I didn’t expect to appreciate as much as I do is the strap that slides over a suitcase handle - super convenient for travel.Another unexpectedly useful feature is the insulated lunch compartment. It works well for carrying drinks, snacks, or anything temperature-sensitive, including food.Inside, the two large compartments are subdivided in useful ways. The laptop can go in either one, and there’s a Velcro strap to hold it securely in place and separate it from cords or accessories. There are also multiple small pockets for glasses, phones, headphones, USB drives, pens, and such. Just having better pocket organization has made a big difference - I can find things much more easily now.

Comfortable, it's got a good amount of cushion in the shoulder straps. Very roomie, easily fits all my work essentials. I really like the lunch picket being collapsible, and has a small protective shelf that can be put up if you want to protect the food stuff.
