DO NOT BUY - Bad quality and No support regarding return

DO NOT BUY. Very bad quality product, the lock feature is not kids friendly at all and because of the quality it wasn’t working properly and was very frustrating to deal with. So I had make a request for the return of this item but It was scheduled for 22nd November, then it got rescheduled to 23rd by itself and now there is no sign nor update regarding the return pick up. No link to help. Seems like they also know that this will always be returned so let’s not pick it up and force it on the customer.
