Once your payment is confirmed, your order will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, stock availability, or holidays. Once your order is ready for shipment, a tracking number will be generated and sent to your email.

2. Delivery Time & Method

Pulingo.com currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Standard Delivery Time:
    All orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after processing.
    Shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We do not currently offer expedited or same-day delivery services.

3. Shipping Fees

We aim to keep our shipping costs simple and transparent to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Orders over $30: Free Shipping

  • Orders under $30: Flat rate shipping fee of $2.99

The shipping cost will be automatically added to your total at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status on the carrier's website.

You may also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame or arrived damaged/defective, please contact us within 7 days using the details below. Our support team is ready to help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
